Does Khalsa School accept International and Out of Province students?

Yes! Khalsa School accepts both international and out of province students. These students must be in good academic standing at their previous institutions.

What support does Khalsa School provide in obtaining a visa?

Once your child is admitted, Khalsa School can issue your child a Letter of Acceptance which can be submitted to Immigration Canada in service of your student visa application. Khalsa School charges a processing fee of 500$ (CDN) for a review of your child’s qualifications and for the supporting Letter of Acceptance.

Do International and Out of Province Students pay the same tuition fees as other students?

No. The tuition fee for International and Out-of-Province students is approximately $10,000 (CDN) a year. Please contact the Khalsa School Admissions Office for more details.

Does Khalsa School provide home-stay arrangements?

No, unfortunately Khalsa School does not provide home-stay arrangements.

Does Khalsa School reserve the right to dismiss my child?

Khalsa School reserves the right to dismiss any student. Dismissals are conducted in accordance with Khalsa School’s Discipline Policy.

Are the Tuition and School fees refundable if I withdraw my child from school?

No. These fees are non-refundable and students are enrolled for the entire school year. Parents and/or guardians are responsible for the full payment of all tuition and fees regardless of whetheryour child is either withdrawn or dismissed from Khalsa School.

Are there specific intake years at Khalsa School?

There are no specific intake years for new applicants. Khalsa School accepts applications from students at all grade levels. The Khalsa Childcare Centre accepts children between the ages of 30 months-5 years old. Khalsa School accepts students who turn 5 years of age by December 31st of their Kindergarten year.
