Non-KSS students or KSS students exam only fee $200 per exam

Please note: Students currently enrolled in AP courses at KSS will be given priority during initial registration period (Sept 2nd – Oct 10th)

 

Please Note: EXAM PAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.  Students registering for exams must be committed to preparing to write their exams in May. We are unable to offer late exams.

 

Please note:  AP Exams will be digital or hybrid this year. Computers will be supplied by KSS

You’ll need to join your class section online to register for the exam. The deadline to register for exams is October 15th, 2025.

Instructions

  1. Ensure you’ve joined your class section online.

Sign in to My AP with your College Board account and make sure you’ve joined your class section. If you haven’t, you’ll need to follow the steps to join your section online.

  1. Register—or confirm your existing registration—in My AP.

If your school requires you to indicate your exam registration, you’ll see a register button in your class section view in My AP after you join your class sections. Clicking this button will let your coordinator know that you plan to take the exam, and they will order it for you. If you don’t see that button, it means you’ve already been automatically registered for the exam. If you’d like to register for an exam after October 24th, 2025, your order will be subject to a late fee. You’ll need to ask Ms. Kelly and Mr. Gulati to update your registration.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

KSS students currently enrolled in the course: You need to have a cheque (made out to Satnam Education Society) into the school by October 15th, 2025, at noon. DO NOT MAKE OUT A CHEQUE TO KHALSA SECONDARY SCHOOL.

 

REGISTRATION POLICIES & EXPECTATIONS

Students will NOT receive a reminder email about your exam date and time. It is the student’s responsibility to be at KHALSA SECONDARY SCHOOL, located at 10589 124TH St, Surrey, BC, at least 30 minutes before your exam time. If you are a bus student, please make alternate

plans to get to school early. Exams will begin on time and late students will not be admitted.

If you are NOT a KSS student, you must bring a piece of government issued photo ID to the exam (e.g. Driver’s License, Passport, Certificate of Canadian citizenship, or Permanent Resident Card). If you do not bring the correct ID to the exam, you will not be allowed to write the exam. Students are expected to read the guidelines for “what to bring on exam day”, at myap.collegeboard.org Students are expected to bring the correct writing instruments and the correct calculators to the exam. KSS will not be providing you with the correct calculator.
